Putting back in what the modern diet leaves out…
For 99.9% of human existence we ate whole animals, nose-to-tail. This wasn’t just out of food scarcity, but because of how incredibly nutrient dense the organs and bones are. This is why traditional cultures would have and still to this day eat the organs of an animal first and always make bone broths from what’s left. It was even commonplace to feed the muscle meat, which is preferred in modern society to dogs. The same is true in the animal kingdom where a predator will eat the liver of its prey first and often leaves lots of the muscle meat. Traditional cultures and animals do this for the same reason… eating these incredibly nutrient rich parts of animals enables their body to function optimally. Due to living and eating this way for thousands of years up until very recent history, this is how our biology is designed to thrive. Micronutrients are the language of our cells and run every bodily function from energy production, to eyesight and everything in between. If we want to be feeling and operating at 100%, then we need to make sure our body is flooded with bioavailable nutrients as we would have done traditionally. Unfortunately the modern diet is lacking in a whole host of nutrients (even with modern supplementation) and as a result we’re seeing massive rises in disease and dysfunction. The reality is that over the last one hundred years or so, we’ve lost the taste for organs and in a lot of cases life has become too busy to make broths. That’s why we created our line of nose-to-tail products, to help you conveniently put back in what the modern diet leaves out.
Beef Organs
Energy // Beef Liver is an incredible natural source of B-vitamins (especially B12) and the mineral Copper, which are key to cellular energy production.
Heart Health // Beef Heart is an excellent source of CoQ10, which is vital for cardiovascular health and oxygen transportation around the body.
Metabolism // Beef Kidney is one of the best food sources of bioavailable Selenium, a mineral that plays a key role in metabolic health.
Colostrum
Gut Health // The transforming growth factors within Colostrum have been shown to heal the gut, which in turn supports digestion, immunity, neurotransmitter production and detoxification.
Immunity // Packed with immunoglobulins and macrophage stimulating factor, Colostrum is unparalleled in its ability to support immune function.
Connective Tissue & Lean Muscle Mass // A great source of protein as well as peptides, growth factors and key micronutrients, Colostrum supports joint health and can aid in lean muscle growth.
Collagen
Skin Elasticity & Tone | Strong Hair & Nails // Making up roughly 80% of our skin, collagen has become well known for its ability to improve elasticity and tone, giving skin a hydrated look. An intrinsic part of our bones, collagen supports hair and nail growth as well as strength.
Joint Health & Mobility // Collagen is the main structural component in connective tissues such as tendons and ligaments. Supporting these connective elements of the body improves joint health and mobility.
Gut Health & Longevity // Forming part of our gut wall, collagen can aid in the repair of leaky gut and subsequently improve digestion. Due to it being higher in amino acids like glycine and alanine (that aren't as readily found in muscle meat and therefore are often lacking from the modern diet), consuming Collagen balances out the amino acid profile within the body, which has been associated with longevity benefits.

How to use
Beef Organs: Consume 1-6 capsules per day (500-3000mg). See our infographic above to work out the best serving size for you.
Colostrum: Take 3-10g per day. This can be blended into milk, yoghurt, water or shakes. If being added by hand it’s best to mix it with a small amount of liquid into a paste before topping up to reduce clumping. See our infographic above to work out the best serving size for you.
Collagen: Consume 10-20g per day. Hot and cold soluble, as well as odourless and flavourless, our grass-fed collagen peptides can be mixed into a wide variety of drinks or meals.

When to use
Beef Organs: Ideally take these in the morning to flood your body with micronutrients for the day ahead. Each jar contains 180 capsules and each capsule is 500mg.
Colostrum Powder: Can be taken at any time throughout the day if being used as a general wellness supplement However to help with leaky gut, take 5 grams on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and another 5 grams with your last meal of the day.
Collagen: Collagen can be taken at any time throughout the day. Personally we like to add 10g’s to our morning coffee and an additional 10g’s to post workout shakes.
FAQs Questions
Why take Collagen?
Generally as people age, their collagen depletes, which can cause deterioration of skin and connective tissues. Topping your collagen levels up through diet counteracts this depletion and therefore supports strong connective tissues, bones and skin elasticity.
WILL TAKING THIS ALONGSIDE MY MULTI-VITAMIN RESULT IN ME OVER CONSUMING MICRONUTRIENTS?
It’s difficult to answer this without knowing specifically what multi-vitamin you are taking. However, often multi-vitamins, like plant foods, contain pre-cursor versions of vitamins and minerals. For example, beta-carotene instead of vitamin A. If you have the BCM01 gene, which one study estimated that between 32-69% of women in the UK have, you will struggle to convert beta-carotene into the active form of vitamin A called retinol. Our organ meat capsules contain vitamin A in this active form. The same can be said for for minerals like iron. Most plant foods and supplements contain non-heme iron, which is much less bioavailable (able to have an active effect) when compared to heme-iron, which is abundant in animal foods especially organ meats. Generally speaking, we recommend to get as much of your micro-nutrients as possible from whole foods and if you’re not keen on how organ meats taste or you want to have the nutrients they provide constantly circulating in your system to perform optimally, our capsules are a great way to achieve this.
HOW MUCH RAW ORGANS DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE ONE SERVING SIZE OF SIX CAPSULES?
It takes roughly 15g of raw beef organs to create 6 capsules. Weston A Price and other leading nutritions in this field like Chris Masterjohn recommend consuming around 170-225g of beef liver per week. Our capsules will cover 90g of this split out on a daily basis to ensure the key micronutrients they provide are continuously circulating in your system. We recommend consuming one portion of organ meat (around 80-135g) on top of this per week.
DO YOU TEST YOUR COLLAGEN POWDER FOR HEAVY METALS AND CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS?
Yes, here are the results from our latest batch: Ash content = 0.2 %, Heavy Metals = ≤ 50 ppm, Arsenic = ≤ 1 ppm, Cadmium = ≤ 0.5 ppm, Chromium = ≤ 10 ppm, Copper = ≤ 30 ppm, Mercury = ≤ 0.15 ppm, Lead = ≤ 3 ppm, Zinc = ≤ 30 ppm, Sulphur dioxide (SO2) = ≤ 10 ppm, Peroxide (as H2O2) = ≤ 10 ppm
WHY IS COLOSTRUM SO GOOD FOR IMMUNITY?
It contains: Immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG, IgM, IgD, IgE) - Antibodies that play an integral role in immunity. Proline-rich Polypeptides (PRPs) - Crucial for thymus gland support and modulating the immune response, PRPs have been shown to bolster a weakened immune response or balance out an overactive immune system. Lactoferrin - an iron-binding protein which helps a critical roll in immunity due its antibacterial and antiviral properties. Colony-stimulating Factor-1 (macrophage colony-stimulating factor) - Stimulates the production of macrophages, which are immune cells that consume and dispose of dead pathogens. Cytokines, Interleukins, Interferons, and Lymphokines - Known to enhance T cell activity, antibody production and act as a potent anti-inflammatory. Lactalbumins - trigger apoptosis (cell death), which clears out cancerous cells and viruses.
What about the calf (Colostrum)?
A cow produces enough colostrum and milk for twins, although this is very rare. Our colostrum is ethically sourced from the surplus left after the calf has been fully nourished.
How does Colostrum Work?
The immunoglobulins in Colostrum are effective at the outset of usage for eliminating colonising gut pathogens like Clostridium difficile or Candida but once this is achieved the bioactivity is more about repair factors and lactoferrin to restore the microvilli of the small intestine. In short, Colostrum works do rid the gut of negative gram bacteria and then reinforces the gut wall, either protecting from or reversing leaky gut.
Will taking your supplements break a fast?
If you are doing a water fast with zero calories, then they will break the fast, as a serving contains a very small amount of calories. However, if your fasting goals are autophagy or healing your gut microbiome, you can take the supplements without negatively impacting those goals.
