How flexible are your subscriptions?

If you subscribe you'll be able to go to our website anytime and with one click you can: 

  • Change your subscription order (add / remove a product) 
  • Push back your next delivery date 
  • Skip a delivery 
  • Cancel your subscription 
  • Change your delivery address

What benefits are there to subscribing?

  • Any subscription orders are automatically discounted by 10%. 
  • There's no need to go on to our website every so often to put your order in. Your order is processed automatically every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on what you choose when signing up. 
  • Any subscription orders (in the UK) valued at over £50 are shipped out free of charge. Any subscription orders under £50 cost £3.99 per shipment.

How long will it take for my product to arrive (UK)?

Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days. If you order before midday, we aim to ship out the same day. All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail tracked 48, which usually takes 48 hours to arrive. Therefore orders can be delivered as soon as 2 days but please allow five days for arrival before contacting us.

How long will it take for my product to arrive (international)?

If you’re based in Europe your order will usually arrive within 3 - 7 days. For the rest of the world please allow 5 - 10 days for your products to arrive. 

* Please be aware that overseas orders may be subject to customs tax on arrival into the destination country, which will need to be paid for by yourself before the goods are released onto you.

What are your shipping rates?

  • United Kingdom | Next Day = £3.99 or free on orders over £50.00 
  • Europe | Tracked = £10.00 
  • Rest of World | Tracked = £15.00

How do I track my order?

When goods are dispatched, you will be sent a notification email including your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

I can’t log into my subscription account

You will not be able to manage your subscription or log into your account until you have confirmed your subscription upon set up. The first action you can take is to search your inbox for “account confirmation”. If you’re still having difficulty you can contact info@apenutrition.co.uk.
