*If you're based in the UK and your order hasn't arrived within 3-4 days of ordering, please let us know via the contact us form straight away so we can arrange a replacement.

United Kingdom | Next Day = £3.99 or free on orders over £50.00


Standard UK delivery is next day if you order before 8:58pm. All orders are shipped using tracked delivery via either Royal Mail or FDL and you should receive an email and / or text message containing your tracking number and a 2 hour delivery slot. If you're not going to be in during your time, please rearrange the delivery via the link in the message for when you will be home. 

Although the majority of our orders are delivered next day, please allow 2 days before chasing. If your order does not arrive in this timeframe, please let us know ASAP so we can send you out a replacement.

Rest of World | Tracked = £15.00

*We have recently upgraded our international delivery service so we now pay your customs tax / duties for you if you live within Europe (excluding Norway, Switzerland and Turkey). This means no additional fees after ordering and quicker delivery as your orders should now pass through customs without being stopped.


If you’re based in Europe / Rest of World your order will usually arrive within 5 - 9 days. But please allow 10 days for your products to arrive before reaching out.

When goods are dispatched, you will be sent a notification email and / or text message including your tracking number and tracking link.

Alternatively, you can check the tracking of your order by selecting 'Chat with us' in the bottom left hand corner, then 'Track and manage my orders' and putting in your email address.

If your order does not turn up within 3-4 working days, please notify us so we can organise a replacement.



This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 30 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. 

Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited.

To return your product, please use this link and let us know via emailing Proof of purchase is required. By letting us know we can watch out for the return and as soon as it's received, process your refund.
