Lion's Mane is known for its ability to support memory and focus. MCT oil provides a clean source of healthy fats derived from 100% sustainably harvested coconuts for energy and gut health. Cordyceps mushroom powder helps to promote oxygen uptake, energy and endurance. Grass-Fed Collagen gives the coffee a creamy consistency whilst supporting your joint health and mobility, skin tone, hair and nail strength as well as gut health. Lion's Mane has been known to help support cognition by stimulating nerve cell growth and repair. Whereas Cordyceps may help support the increase of ATP (cellular energy) production and oxygen absorbtion / utilisation. Cordyceps is an edible mushroom that when consumed has been shown to have a host of health and performance benefits. Studies have demonstrated its ability to promote oxygen uptake, energy and endurance as well as support immunity focus and blood sugar regulation. This is a 10:1 concentrated extract, which means we use 10g of raw Cordyceps to make 1g of powder. All our mushroom powder extracts are naturally wild-crafted, dual extracted and concentrated for maximum levels of beneficial compounds with no heavy metals or toxins. 

Lion’s Mane mushroom can be helpful for improving focus, memory and supporting the immune system. This incredible mushroom has shown that it can help stimulate nerve cell growth and repair, which aids with physical recovery as well as enhancing cognition. This is an 8:1 extract powder, which means we use 8g's of raw Lion's Mane to create 1g of powder. 

Reishi mushroom has an incredible ability to enhance immunity and reduce stress, which helps with deep restful sleep. The beta-glucans, polysaccharides and triterpenes within Reishi are known for their ability to up-regulate the bodies immune response through boosting our cells ability to eradicate pathogens and increasing apoptosis. Apoptosis is the natural process of our body clearing out damaged cells such as those infected with a virus. Research is also indicating that these polysaccharides and triterpenes can calm the central nervous system and lower stress levels in the body. The increased relaxation that has been observed as a result of Reishi consumption has resulted in increases in deep sleep and enhanced recovery.
