In response to popular demand, we’ve finally decided to launch a Male Vitality Bundle. We designed this bundle for men looking to optimise their health and performance through tapping into the ancestral wisdom of culturally traditional foods and the micronutrients within them. Optimised Male provides targeted support for key functions of masculinity. Made from 50% grass-fed beef testicles and 50% grass-fed beef liver, this product contains many unique compounds that work in tandem to support male hormone production and sexual health. For example, the transforming growth factors within aid in the production of testosterone, the primary male sex hormone, which plays a pivotal role in enhancing muscle size, strength, bone health, sex drive and sperm production.
Lion’s Mane mushroom is known for its ability to increase focus, memory and immunity. This incredible mushroom has been shown to stimulate nerve cell growth and repair, which aids with physical recovery as well as enhancing cognition. It also contains high amounts of beta-glucans, which up-regulate the bodies immune system to fight off pathogens and clear out damaged cells. How to use
Lion's Mane: Take 1-2 grams per day, mixed in to food or drinks.
Beef Organs: Consume 1-6 capsules per day (500-3000mg). See our infographic above to work out the best serving size for you.

When to use
Lion's Mane: Can be taken at any point throughout the day. Personally we like to add a gram to our morning coffee and then another to our pre-workout drinks. .
Beef Organs: Take 6 capsules per day, ideally in the morning to flood your body with micronutrients for the day ahead. Each jar contains 180 capsules and each capsule is 500mg.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN NUTRIENTS IN ORGAN MEAT?
Key nutrients include fat soluble vitamins A, B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), B6 (Pyridoxine), B7 (Biotin), B9 (Folate) and B12 . Organs are also a great source of the minerals Phosphorous, Copper, Selenium and Iron.
DO THE CAPSULES TASTE OF ANYTHING?
No. One of the reasons we created this product is because we understand that a lot of people struggle with the flavour of these nutrient dense super foods. Therefore we made sure that you get absolutely no taste when swallowing the capsules. They don't have any aftertaste either... don't worry you won't be doing any liver burps!
HOW DO YOU ENSURE ALL THE BENEFICIAL NUTRIENTS ARE MAINTAINED THROUGH PROCESSING?
We gently freeze dry raw organs sourced from a grass-fed and organic certified farm to maintain as many of the fragile nutrients and enzymes found within them.
HOW LARGE ARE THE CAPSULES / CAN THEY BE BROKEN AND SPRINKLED INTO FOOD?
The capsules are a small to medium size and we haven’t come across anyone so far that’s said they’re too big to swallow. However, if you would prefer to open them and add them to bone broth or other dishes this is absolutely fine.
