Beef Organs
Beef Organs

Nature's Multivitamin | This ancestral superfood blend is made from 50% beef liver, 25% heart and 25% kidney. These are three of the most nutrient dense foods on the earth and when consumed together epitomise nose-to-tail nutrition.

Beef Protein
Beef Protein

Beef protein (unlike whey and soy) is non-inflammatory, meaning you get all the benefits of protein powder; muscle growth, strength gain and fat loss* without the bloating and discomfort. It is also highly bioavailable (absorbable) and also contains collagen, which supports tendons, ligaments and joints as well as hair, skin and nails.

Collagen
Collagen

Making up roughly 80% of our skin, collagen has become well known for its ability to improve elasticity and tone, giving skin a hydrated look. On top of this, it supports hair and nail growth and strength as well as joint health and mobility.

100% grass-fed and regeneratively farmed
100% grass-fed and regeneratively farmed

All our animal products come from regenerative farms where the cattle roam freely outdoors (for as much of the year as weather conditions allow) and consume a natural diet of grass. Also, they are completely hormone free and their diet contains no foods contaminated with fertilisers, pesticides or other artificial chemicals.

About the product

2024 Limited Edition Christmas Bundle

Putting back in what the modern diet leaves out…

For 99.9% of human existence we ate whole animals, nose-to-tail. This wasn’t just out of food scarcity, but because of how incredibly nutrient dense the organs and bones are. This is why traditional cultures would have and still to this day eat the organs of an animal first and always make bone broths from what’s left. It was even commonplace to feed the muscle meat, which is preferred in modern society to dogs. The same is true in the animal kingdom where a predator will eat the liver of its prey first and often leaves lots of the muscle meat. Traditional cultures and animals do this for the same reason… eating these incredibly nutrient rich parts of animals enables their body to function optimally. Due to living and eating this way for thousands of years up until very recent history, this is how our biology is designed to thrive. Micronutrients are the language of our cells and run every bodily function from energy production, to eyesight and everything in between. If we want to be feeling and operating at 100%, then we need to make sure our body is flooded with bioavailable nutrients as we would have done traditionally. Unfortunately the modern diet is lacking in a whole host of nutrients (even with modern supplementation) and as a result we’re seeing massive rises in disease and dysfunction. The reality is that over the last one hundred years or so, we’ve lost the taste for organs and in a lot of cases life has become too busy to make broths. That’s why we created our line of nose-to-tail products, to help you conveniently put back in what the modern diet leaves out.

Beef Organs
Energy // Beef Liver is an incredible natural source of B-vitamins (especially B12) and the mineral Copper, which are key to cellular energy production.

Heart Health // Beef Heart is an excellent source of CoQ10, which is vital for cardiovascular health and oxygen transportation around the body.

Metabolism // Beef Kidney is one of the best food sources of bioavailable Selenium, a mineral that plays a key role in metabolic health.

Beef Protein
Muscle & Tissue Support // Beef Protein supports muscle growth, strength gain and fat loss. As well as connective tissue (tendons, ligaments and joints) and hair, skin and nails.

Non-Inflammatory // Non-inflammatory and easier to digest than whey / soy. Our beef protein is also free from; antibiotics, hormones, gluten, dairy, whey, soy, fillers, artificial sweeteners and preservatives.

Complete Protein // 19.26 grams (unflavoured) and 19.88 grams (raw cacao & maple sea salt) of complete protein (containing all 9 essential amino acids) per serving. As well as collagen / gelatine and all the other micronutrients beef contains such as; vitamins B6, B9 and B12 as well as the minerals Zinc, Selenium and Iron.

Collagen
Skin Elasticity & Tone // Strong Hair & Nails // Making up roughly 80% of our skin, collagen has become well known for its ability to improve elasticity and tone, giving skin a hydrated look. An intrinsic part of our bones, collagen supports hair and nail growth as well as strength.

Joint Health & Mobility // Collagen is the main structural component in connective tissues such as tendons and ligaments. Supporting these connective elements of the body improves joint health and mobility.

Gut Health & Longevity // Forming part of our gut wall, collagen can aid in the repair of leaky gut and subsequently improve digestion. Due to it being higher in amino acids like glycine and alanine (that aren't as readily found in muscle meat and therefore are often lacking from the modern diet), consuming Collagen balances out the amino acid profile within the body, which has been associated with longevity benefits.

  • How to use

    How to use

Beef Organs: Consume 1-6 capsules per day (500-3000mg). See our infographic above to work out the best serving size for you.

Beef Protein: Consume 1-2 servings per day. Each serving is 20g (equivalent to 3 heaped spoons of the APE scooper). For each 20g serving, mix with 75-125ml of liquid (raw milk is our favourite). Add the powder before the liquid for best blending.

Collagen: Consume 10-20g per day. Hot and cold soluble, as well as odourless and flavourless, our grass-fed collagen peptides can be mixed into a wide variety of drinks or meals.

  • When to use

    When to use

Beef Organs: Ideally take these in the morning to flood your body with micronutrients for the day ahead. Each jar contains 180 capsules and each capsule is 500mg.

Beef Protein: Beef protein can be used at any time throughout the day to increase protein intake.

Dr Gabrielle Lyon, a leading researcher in the areas of protein, muscle health and the importance of muscle mass for longevity strongly suggests that for optimal health we should be eating 1.2-1.6 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight per day, which is well above the standard recommendation. Whereas Peter Attia MD author of #1 New York Times Bestseller, Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity recommends 2g per kg of bodyweight per day.

Our favourite time to use our grass-fed beef protein is either post training in a shake (see recipes) or o a busy day as a high quality meal replacement.

Collagen: Collagen can be taken at any time throughout the day. Personally we like to add 10g’s to our morning coffee and an additional 10g’s to post workout shakes.
