This is one of our favourite product combination here at APE. We blend our organic Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, MCT’s and Grass-Fed Collagen with freshly ground coffee to create that limitless feeling before a big day of work or training. Lion's Mane is known for its ability to support memory and focus. MCT oil provides a clean source of healthy fats derived from 100% sustainably harvested coconuts for energy and gut health. Cordyceps mushroom powder helps to promote oxygen uptake, energy and endurance. Grass-Fed Collagen gives the coffee a creamy consistency whilst supporting your joint health and mobility, skin tone, hair and nail strength as well as gut health. Oysters are the ocean's answer to a multivitamin. They are an amazing source of vitamin B12, as well as key minerals such as copper, iodine and selenium. However, they are most known for being the number one food source of zinc, which is vital for immune function, metabolism, wound healing, taste, smell and hormonal health. We sustainably harvest our Celtic Oysters from clear, unpolluted waters off the southern and western seaboard of Ireland and gently freeze dry them to maintain their fragile nutrients. We then encapsulate them for your convenience and to remove the taste. Each jar contains 120 300mg capsules (30 - 60 day supply).

Nature's Multivitamin | This ancestral superfood blend is made from 50% beef liver, 25% heart and 25% kidney. These are three of the most nutrient dense foods on the earth (see icons below for details) and when consumed together epitomise nose-to-tail nutrition. All our organs are sourced from regenerative farms where the cattle are grass-fed and free to roam on pastures. We gently freeze dry the organs raw to maintain as many of the fragile nutrients and enzymes within them. Each jar contains 180, 500mg capsules.

Protein Powder Made Differently | Beef protein (unlike whey and plant based options) is non-inflammatory, meaning you get all the benefits of protein powder; muscle growth, strength gain and fat loss*, without the bloating and discomfort. Not only this, but our grass-fed beef protein is highly bioavailable (absorbable) and also contains other nutrients beef is known for, such as; collagen, gelatine and a variety of vitamins and minerals.

Our vanilla version has just three ingredients; grass-fed beef, Madagascan vanilla and organic maple sugar. That means it’s free from; dairy, whey, soy, fillers, artificial sweeteners and preservatives… all ingredients that are unnecessarily included in lots of protein powders today. Unlike most vanilla proteins we use actual Madagascan Vanilla rather than a synthetic or extracted version to create our powder. As a result the protein tastes like real, delicious vanilla and isn't overly sweet due to us only using a small amount of maple per serving. But, just like with our cacao flavour, is easily made sweeter by adding some raw honey or fruit. 

Our cattle are grass-fed, regeneratively raised, antibiotic/hormone free and come from farms that go above and beyond, following standards for biological diversity, climate impact and animal welfare.

Nature’s Iron // Beef Spleen is the richest natural food source of heme-iron (the type of iron which is most readily absorbed by the body). Iron is a really important micronutrient as it’s vital for oxygen transportation, the production of thyroid hormone and immunity. When iron levels are optimal, people tend to report increased energy and overall resilience, whereas when they’re low this is associated with fatigue, irritability, weakness and depression.

When looking to support your bodies iron stores, it’s much more beneficial to get heme-iron from animal foods like spleen, as opposed to non-heme iron from plant foods as it’s much more absorbable (please see diagram in image gallery to the left for details). Also, when you get iron from natural food sources, as opposed to unnatural food sources (fortified foods) or synthetic iron supplements, this means the iron comes paired with other nutrients within the food that aid it’s role within the body. For example, spleen naturally contains copper, which prevents iron overload. That’s also why we decided to include Beef Liver in this blend as it’s not only also a great source of heme-iron but it’s one of the best sources of copper too, as well as being loaded with a whole host of other beneficial micronutrients.

Colostrum is the ‘first milk’ produced by cattle in the hours following their infants birth to develop the calfs immune system and trigger growth. Our colostrum is from grass-fed / finished cattle and is ethically sourced from the surplus left after the calf has been fully nourished.
