Female Vitality Starter Pack
We designed this bundle for women looking to optimise their health and performance through tapping into the ancestral wisdom of culturally traditional foods and the micronutrients within them. Oysters, liver and collagen were three foods treasured by human beings for the majority of our history up until the time of our great grandparents. During WWII both men and women were removed from their homes and our connection with food from the earth started to be lost. Highly processed and nutritionally void convenience foods began replacing what our bodies had evolved and thrived on for every generation prior. The average modern diet sits in stark contrast to what our biology requires and we’re seeing huge rises in chronic diseases as a result. We appreciate there’s no escaping the modern world. However, there is a way to use advancements in technology to reintroduce these ancestrally prised foods back into our diets in a convenient way.
*All our bundles cost 5% less than when the products are bought individually.
* Note - our batches of Celtic Oysters contain 120 as opposed to 150 capsules due to sourcing oysters with higher micronutrient levels. Therefore despite there being less capsules, you will still receive roughly the same amount of micronutrients per serving / per bottle. There's always going to be a slight variation due to the nature of food supplements but we get it as close as possible.

- Oysters are the number one food source of Zinc, a key micronutrient that is extremely beneficial for menstrual cycles and women’s health. It helps nourish ovarian follicles, is anti-inflammatory, supports the HPA axis (assisting with stress management), blocks androgens (which can help with acne) and assists with regular periods and reducing PMS.
- Liver is nature’s original multivitamin, containing a wide variety of key micronutrients that the modern diet leaves out. One major example is vitamin B12, which plays a key role in energy production and improves brain health, regenerates axons, promotes neuronal repair and myelination. A second is the mineral copper, which is required for the creation of red blood cells that transport oxygen, thus combatting fatigue. It also plays a key role in the absorbtion and transportation of iron, boosts bone density and converts the inactive version of thyroid hormone into the active form.
- Making up roughly 80% of our skin, collagen has become well known for its ability to improve elasticity and tone, giving skin a hydrated look. On top of this, it supports hair and nail growth and strength, whilst also forming part of our gut wall to combat leaky gut and subsequently improve digestion. Lastly, being the main structural component of connective tissues such as tendons and ligaments, collagen supports joint health and mobility.

What is Collagen?
Will taking your supplements break a fast?
If you are doing a water fast with zero calories, then they will break the fast, as a serving contains a very small amount of calories. However, if your fasting goals are autophagy or healing your gut microbiome, you can take the supplements without negatively impacting those goals.
How large are the capsules / can they be broken and sprinkled into food?
The capsules are a medium size and we haven’t come across anyone so far that’s said they’re too big to swallow. However, if you would prefer to open them and add them to bone broth or other dishes this is absolutely fine.
Why take Collagen?
Generally as people age, their collagen depletes, which can cause deterioration of skin and connective tissues. Topping your collagen levels up through diet counteracts this depletion and therefore supports strong connective tissues, bones and skin elasticity.
