Bone Broth is one of nature’s true superfoods. We make ours by slow cooking organic, grass-fed and regeneratively farmed beef bones to create a nutrient dense and delicious liquid broth concentrate, which is rich in naturally occurring collagen as well as a whole host of amino acids like glycine, proline and glutamine. After 6 years of irregular periods, sometimes bleeding for 6 months, I’ve been taking optimised female since June last year - prior to that I was taking the beef liver, I now have regular periods between 28-30 day cycles.
