HOW DO I HAD COLOSTRUM INTO MY ROUTINE?
You can take colostrum with any cold liquid or food to retain as much nutrients as possible. Mix into yoghurt, stir into water, or whizz into a shake or smoothie. Using a blender can help prevent it from being lumpy. You can also take it straight from the spoon, which it actually our favourite way of taking it! Morning Smoothie Recipe For Gut Health, Energy & Digestive Health
INGREDIENTS
· 1 cup raw milk
· 2 tbsp raw liquid whey (optional)
· 2 heaped tsp Colostrum Powder
· ¼ tsp Cinnamon
· 1 tsp Raw Honey
· 1 Raw Egg Yolk
· Goat & Sheep Whey Protein
· 1/2 Frozen Banana
METHOD
· Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
· Drink and enjoy
Post Workout Smoothie For Exercise Recovery & Muscle Mass
INGREDIENTS
· 200ml raw milk
· 3 scoops Grass-Fed Beef Protein
· 5g Creatine
· 1 Tbsp Raw Honey
METHOD
· Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
· Drink and enjoy
