How healing your gut heals your skin

Your gut and skin are intimately connected via the ‘gut-skin-axis’. To put it simply, this means that the health of your gut directly impacts your skin. Mainstream medicine will often treat issues like eczema, acne, psoriasis or dry skin with topical creams that might make it seem like you’re addressing the problem, yet they don’t truly heal the root cause. INGREDIENTS

·  1 cup raw milk

·  2 tbsp raw liquid whey (optional)

·  2 heaped tsp Colostrum Powder

·  ¼ tsp Cinnamon

·  1 tsp Raw Honey

·  ½ tsp Cordyceps

·  1 Raw Egg Yolk

·  Goat & Sheep Whey Protein

·  1/2 Frozen Banana

METHOD

·  Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

·  Drink and enjoy

 


Post Workout Smoothie For Exercise Recovery & Muscle Mass


INGREDIENTS

·  200ml raw milk

·  3 scoops Grass-Fed Beef Protein

·  5g Creatine

·  1 Tbsp Raw Honey

·  10g Colostrum

METHOD

·  Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
