A new recipe loaded with collagen, peptides, growth factors & a host of micronutrients.
Bone Marrow is one of nature’s original superfoods…
It’s the fat held in the center of bones and is rich in collagen, peptides, growth factors, stem cells and a host of other micronutrients that play essential roles in keeping the body functioning well.
The nutrients within Bone Marrow are associated with:
💪 Supporting a well-functioning immune system
😍 Maintaining healthy, resilient skin
🧘 Helping to regulate the body’s natural inflammatory processes
⚡ Contributing to efficient energy metabolism
🩸 Supporting the formation of red blood cells and immune cells
Nutrients such as iron, vitamin A and certain B vitamins are particularly important for these processes, which is why incorporating nutrient-dense whole foods can be a valuable addition to your diet.
And this this bone marrow butter is so easy to make…Bone Marrow Butter Recipe
1.) Roast grass-fed & regeneratively farmed* beef bones in the oven for 25(ish) minutes on 200 degrees C until they’re golden brown
2.) Scrape all the fat out of the bones and pour all remaining fat off the tray into a bowl
3.) Leave it to solidify in the fridge
4.) Whisk until it turns to a butter consistency
5.) Once it’s ready, store it in the fridge and use it like you would butter;

*It’s important the bones are from high quality farms where the cattle aren’t exposed to heavy metals like lead or cadmium, because these get stored in bone tissue.
For the weeks you don’t have the time to make this or if you can’t get good quality bones near you, we have grass-fed bone marrow capsules on the nose-to-tail capsules section of our website 🙏
